Josh Shilts joins the show to talk about fraud among seniors and what types of fraud to look out for. Fraudsters are getting smarter, and it’s important to stay vigilant and look at your bank statements every month to look for clues that you’re being taken advantage of. Plus, Emily and Josh talk about the triangle that people who commit fraud go through; pressure to commit fraud, rationalization, and lastly opportunity! It’s an interesting segment!

This lead into a discussion about powers of attorney and what that means. Finally, we talk about how we represent those with dementia.
